Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Flyby Shine and Flyby Link Hub collect and use information when you visit the public product hub, follow tracked links, request information or use connected features.
Information we collect
- Basic usage information such as pages viewed, referring source, campaign label, browser type and approximate device information.
- Information you submit through a Flyby Shine contact, quote or support form.
- Account authorization information when you choose to connect a supported third-party service.
- Purchase and product information supplied by payment or storefront providers. Flyby Link Hub does not directly collect full payment-card numbers.
How we use information
- Provide requested services, product links and customer support.
- Measure which public resources and campaigns are useful.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot the service.
- Operate connected features only after the user grants the required permission.
TikTok integration data
If a user connects TikTok, Flyby Shine may receive the authorized account’s basic profile identity and an upload result for an owner-approved video draft. This information is used only to bind the selected account, upload the approved draft, preserve delivery proof, troubleshoot failures and meet platform obligations. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Third-party services
The hub may link to or use services including Vercel, Google Analytics, Gumroad, Payhip, Amazon, YouTube, Substack and, when enabled, TikTok. Those providers process information under their own privacy policies. Following an external product link takes you to that provider’s website.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use essential cookies, protected-session cookies and analytics technologies to operate the hub, protect private dashboard areas and understand aggregate usage. Browser settings can limit cookies, although some protected features may stop working.
Data sharing and sale
Flyby Shine does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that operate the site, fulfill a user request, process a purchase or meet a legal obligation.
Retention, security and choices
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, security, accounting or legal requirements. Reasonable access controls and encryption in transit are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact path below. TikTok access can also be revoked from the user’s TikTok account settings.
Children
The hub is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
