Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Flyby Link Hub website and its public links, resources and connected features.

Permitted use

You may use the hub for lawful business, educational and purchasing purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, misuse connected accounts or use the service to violate another platform’s rules.

Operator education

Flyby products and content provide general business and exterior-cleaning education. They do not replace product labels, safety data sheets, manufacturer instructions, professional training, legal advice, insurance guidance or applicable regulations. Users remain responsible for jobsite decisions and compliance.

Products, payments and refunds

Purchases are completed through third-party storefronts such as Gumroad, Payhip or Amazon. Their checkout, delivery, refund and account terms also apply. Prices and availability may change on the provider’s site.

Affiliate disclosure

Some links are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, Flyby may earn from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to the buyer.

Connected services

A connected feature may ask you to authorize a third-party platform. The requested permissions must be shown before connection. You may revoke access through the third-party provider, and the provider’s own terms remain applicable.

TikTok draft uploader

The Flyby Shine TikTok integration is an operator workflow for sending an owner-approved MP4 to an authorized TikTok account as a draft. Authorization does not guarantee publication, reach, engagement or platform approval. The TikTok user remains responsible for final review, edits and the decision to publish.

Intellectual property

Flyby Shine names, product copy, guides, graphics and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchase of a product does not transfer ownership or permit unauthorized resale, redistribution or publication.

Availability and disclaimers

The hub is provided on an “as available” basis. Flyby Shine does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific business results, platform approval, revenue or fitness for every jobsite.

Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Flyby Shine is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the hub or third-party services. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the effective date above will identify the current version.
